Come Out of the Shadows

 

Recently, I was reminded of the wicked deception of the devil.  He attempted to lull me back into a memory (a shadow) of an introverted place --- to keep my mouth shut.   

You see, for many years of my life, I was very introverted:  "shy" was the label on it back then.  For most of my young life and even into adulthood, I mostly observed because I felt too insignificant and/or intimidated to speak up.   Much of it came from a very young age when, internally, I felt as if nothing I said was important enough to speak out.  Yes, as I look back over those years, I realize now the affirmation I needed then was few and far between.  This is why it is so important that you affirm your children, grandchildren, and even yourself.

But thanks be unto God who ALWAYS causes us to triumph!

I am so grateful for deliverance from people and their opinions.   Many people are outspoken and verbose. But for several years of my life, I was not.  Instead, I sat back and observed.   I am glad for those years of developing in that area because today - with the help of the Spirit of the Lord - I am able to discern what is going on in any room that I'm in and I give God all praise for that. 

For every reader whom the enemy has dared to speak up on those things you see that are wrong, don't hold back.  Set your heart to hear from the Lord and speak only what He gives you to speak, when He instructs you.

Do not be intimidated by the shadow of those who talk LOUD or may be more verbose than you.  Stay the course.  That is, stay connected to the Lord.  He will direct you and provide every word you need when it is time to speak.  

The devil will use anyone, anytime, and anywhere he can get in and take advantage of the space to keep you bound and your mouth closed.  It is a trick to intimidate you back into the shadows so that you won't open your mouth to set captives free, speak the truth or give God the glory in the scenario.  

Trust God to open doors of opportunity.  He will empower you, yes you , to lead others to JESUS by the word you share.  You do have something to say.  Say it with holy boldness and authority and let God work!  Do not give in to the whims of those around you who do not understand how God is using you in these last (an evil) days.  Remember, your life is in God's hands not man!  

SPEAK UP --- BUT SPEAK THE WORD ONLY

No longer are you to stand in the shadows of others.  I don't care who they are.  God wants to use you and He will if you make yourself available to his will for your life.  Daughter, son, woman of God, man of God ----- come out of the shadows.  It is time to declare the wonderful works of God.  

It is time to be led by the Spirit of God and open your mouth in areas where you have kept silent for way too long.  No, the enemy is not going to make it easy for you.  He will use all kinds of people; including those closest to you, to SHUT YOU UP but do NOT give in.  

It is time for God to be revealed and He wants to use you as His Holy vessel in a dark world.  The shadows are for those who want to stay in secrecy.  It is place dominated by Satan and his demonic influence.   But those who have the light of Jesus working on the inside are empowered to dispel the darkness.  

Come on!  Come out of the shadows.  You are the light of world and the salt of the earth.  The flavor isn't there because you aren't.  Walk in the room and BE who you were created and purposed to be.  No one...and I mean no one has the authority to shut you down or shut you up.  With GOD all things are possible.  He has given you authority to speak so use His word!

God wants to get the glory out of your life. 

 Come out, come out wherever you are!
